Watermelon & Feta Salad

A friend recommended this salad a few months ago, and I immediately went on my Pinterest and searched for it. I do not know who invented this combination, but I have to say THANK YOU!

I'm a cheese lover, and whenever I can pair cheese with fruits I'm a happy gal!...

This recipe is pretty straight forward. Some watermelon and Feta cheese cut into chunks, the dressing I used some watermelon juice, lemon juice, a pinch of mustard powdered, sea salt and pepper. I garnished with some mint leaves.

This is a truly refreshing recipe, especially for really hot summer days that are about to come. It is salty, sweet and tangy...Just delicious. Instead of my dressing, you could simple drizzle balsamic vinegar.
