Breakfast Toast

What can be better to start your morning-runs that a healthy breakfast. This toast is all you need to get your motors running.

Start with some orange, either whole or juiced. Proceed with toasting some whole wheat slices of bread.

Mash-up half of an avocado, add salt and pepper to taste an a spoon of olive oil, mix well.

Slice fresh mozzarella, smere the avocado mixture into your toast, top with the slices of mozzarella and drizzle with some pomegranate seeds.

That is all what's to it.
