Cold Pizza with Salmon Roe
I know this may be wacky, but how about a cold cheese pizza with salmon roe for easter brunch. I'm sure no one will expect something near this. Another good news is that this recipe will practically make itself.
I used Arabic bread, sliced some fresh mozzarella, sliced some yellow pepper, baked on a toaster over for 7 minutes, which the amount of time that took me to set the plate, set the camera in position, get some flowers on the table and open the salmon roe jar. Afterward, I just drizzled the roe on top and snapped the picture. Let me know if you can beat my timing. ;)
