Grilled Halomi Salad

I'm a cheese fanatic and this one hits the spot. Is not so much of a recipe really. I grilled the cheese, and once done, drizzle olive oil, lemon, basil and pomegranate seeds, and lemon zest. Eat it as it is or serve with pita bread (toasted).
Most refreshing, and guilt-free salad!
