Here's a recipe for a refreshing Fruit and Feta Salad with watermelon, melon, and cantaloupe, seasoned with sumac and olive oil, presented with some mint leaves.


This recipe serves 4 people.


Ingredients:

400g watermelon, cubed

400g melon (such as honeydew or galia melon), cubed

400g cantaloupe, cubed

150g feta cheese, crumbled

1 tablespoon sumac

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Mint leaves (for garnish)


Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, melon, and cantaloupe. Sprinkle the sumac evenly over the fruit. Drizzle the olive oil over the fruit mixture. Gently toss the fruit to coat it with the sumac and olive oil.

  2. Add the crumbled feta cheese to the salad and gently toss again to distribute the cheese evenly. Taste the salad and adjust the seasoning if desired, adding more sumac or olive oil according to your preference.

  3. Transfer the fruit and feta salad to a serving dish or individual plates, and garnish with mint leaves.


Tip: You can customize this recipe by adding other ingredients like a drizzle of balsamic glaze, or pomegranate seeds for extra flavor and presentation.
