Noodles with Shrimps, Peas & Crispy Onions
This recipe is made with Shirataki noodles. Shirataki noodles are a great substitute for traditional noodles. They are extremely low in calories, helps me feel full and helps on weight loss too. Not only that, but they also have benefits for blood sugar levels, cholesterol and digestive health.
This recipe is light and it if packed with nutrition and flavour. This recipe yields 1 portion.
Ingredients:
1 pack of a 100g. shirataki noodles
1/2 cup of frozen peas
1 cup of cooked shrimps
1 tablespoon crispy onions
Directions:
When you open the package of noodles, rinse them throughout, and in a pan warm them through for 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the shrimps & peas.
Serve in a plate and sprinkle the crispy onions.
Tips:
These noodles tend to be quite wet-ish, I try to always pair with drier elements.
