Tuna Pasta Salad
NEW RECIPE ALERT! Introducing my delicious yet another….Tuna Pasta Salad! Prepare to be amazed by the vibrant flavors.
This recipe yields 4 portions.
Ingredients:
250g pasta (your choice)
220g tuna steaks poached
1 carrot, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
110g can sweet corn
3 sprigs of green onions, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Let it cool.
In a large bowl, combine the tuna, carrot, corn, green onion, and cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Add the cooked pasta to the tuna mixture and pour the dressing over it. Toss gently to combine.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
